- प्रत्येक महाविद्यालयातून केवळ ०१ कलावंत सहभागी होऊ शकेल.
- विषय वेळेवर दिला जाईल. कमाल वेळ २ तास ३० मिनिटे.
- कागद आकार २२" x १५" आयोजक पुरवतील.

- Conduct on spot given topic. Time limit 2 hours 30 minutes.
- Paper 22" x 15" provided by host.
